	A reminder - the COMPULSORY training sessions for the expeditions HAVE STARTED. Everyone should be attending these every Monday lunch. If you don't, you will not be able to do the expeditions and you will not get your award. If you cannot attend these sessions, you will have to do the online ones through Duke of Ed. Please see me ASAP if you have issues around this. Thank you

All	Student Volunteer Army (SVA)	SNC
	Well done to those learners who are participating in this award, your mahi is making a difference. It's never too late to join the SVA award if you have been thinking about it - go to the SVA website, register and see me (SNC in S12) for your member pin, then just get started For those of you who currently doing the award, make sure you log your hours. SVA want to recognise the top volunteer(s) in the kura and the motu for 2024. The cut-off date to be considered for this is midnight October 19th. Prizes include special pins to be presented at our school prizegiving and a $1000 cash prize for the top volunteer in Aotearoa - it might just be you!
Year 7 and 8	Yummy Stickers for sports gear	JAR
	Year 7 Please collect yummy stickers from your fruit and stick them on the sheets in your classroom. When we collect enough we will be able to get some sports equipment. If you would like your own sheet, come to J15. Thank you
